Hellenic Mission is an outdoor, hiking, and mountaineering brand based in Thessaloniki, <\/strong>Greece<\/strong>.<\/p>

These Terms of Use and Participation Terms apply to the use of our website, our communication channels, and participation in any hiking, trekking, mountaineering, expedition, training, travel or outdoor activity organized, promoted or coordinated by Hellenic Mission.<\/p>

By using our website, submitting a participation request, booking an activity, paying a deposit or joining any activity, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.<\/p>

Each participant is responsible for assessing whether they are physically, mentally, and technically able to join the selected Activity.<\/p>

Before booking, participants must carefully read the Activity description, including difficulty level, distance, elevation gain, required fitness level, technical requirements, duration, equipment list, meeting point and any special notes.<\/p>

If a participant is unsure whether an Activity is suitable for them, they must contact the Hellenic Mission before booking.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Each participant is responsible for assessing whether they are physically, mentally and technically able to join the selected Activity.<\/p>

Before booking, participants must carefully read the Activity description, including difficulty level, distance, elevation gain, required fitness level, technical requirements, duration, equipment list, meeting point and any special notes.<\/p>

3. Health and Medical Conditions\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their health allows them to safely participate in the selected Activity.<\/p>

Any medical condition, injury, allergy, medication, fear, limitation or other important information that may affect participation must be disclosed to Hellenic Mission before the Activity.<\/p>

Hellenic Mission may refuse participation if, in its reasonable judgment, a participant\u2019s health condition, fitness level, equipment or behavior may place themselves or the group at risk.<\/p>

For demanding, high-altitude, technical or multi-day activities, Hellenic Mission may request additional information or a medical confirmation before accepting participation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Participants must normally be at least 18 years old.<\/p>

Minors may participate only where the specific Activity allows it and only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.<\/p>

Depending on the Activity, a minor may also be required to be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian guardian or responsible adult.<\/p>

Hellenic Mission reserves the right to set different age limits for specific Activities depending ondifficulty, terrain, altitude, duration or safety requirements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Required equipment may vary depending on the Activity, season, weather, altitude and technical difficulty.<\/p>

Participants who arrive without the required equipment may be refused participation for safety reasons.<\/p>

In such cases, no refund is guaranteed unless otherwise stated in the specific Activity policy.<\/p>

Hellenic Mission may provide or arrange certain group or technical equipment when clearly stated in the Activity description. Any equipment provided must be used carefully and returned in good condition.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Unless otherwise stated in the specific Activity description, deposits may be non-refundable, especially when they are used to secure guides, accommodation, transport, permits, suppliers or other fixed costs.<\/span>Unless clearly stated otherwise, the price may not include all personal or travel-related costs.<\/span><\/p>

If a participant wishes to cancel their participation, they must inform the Hellenic Mission as soon as possible in writing.<\/p>

The cancellation policy may vary depending on the Activity, destination, suppliers, accommodation, transport arrangements and other fixed costs.<\/p>

Unless otherwise stated in the specific Activity description, refunds are not guaranteed for late cancellations, no-shows or cancellations close to the Activity date.<\/p>

For multi-day trips, international expeditions or Activities involving third-party suppliers, stricter Cancellation terms may apply.<\/p>

Hellenic Mission may cancel, postpone, modify or adjust an Activity when necessary due to
safety, weather, operational or other important reasons.<\/p>

If Hellenic Mission cancels an Activity before it starts, participants may be offered an alternative date, alternative Activity or refund, depending on the circumstances and any non-refundable costs already paid to third parties.<\/p>

Hellenic Mission is not responsible for additional personal expenses caused by cancellation or changes, such as flights, hotels, transport, equipment purchases or other personal arrangements.<\/p>

Participants are strongly advised not to make non-refundable travel arrangements unless the Activity has been confirmed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

11. Weather and Route Changes\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Outdoor and mountain Activities are highly dependent on weather, terrain and safety conditions.<\/p>

The route, schedule, summit attempt, duration, meeting point or itinerary may change before or during the Activity if the leader, guide or coordinator considers it necessary.<\/p>

Safety is always the priority.<\/p>

A change of route, shortened itinerary, alternative destination or cancellation of a summit attempt does not automatically entitle participants to a refund.<\/p>

Participants understand that reaching a summit or completing a specific route can never be guaranteed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Some Activities may require a minimum number of participants in order to take place.<\/p>

If the minimum number is not reached, Hellenic Mission may cancel, postpone or adjust the Activity.<\/p>

Participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible if this happens.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Hellenic Mission may remove or exclude a participant from an Activity if their behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, aggressive, disruptive or puts themselves or others at risk.<\/p>
